All Majida Ameer bedding is proportioned specifically for standard Pakistani mattresses:

• King Bed Sheet: 100 x 96 inches (fits standard 72 x 78 inch mattress with generous tuck-in).
• Queen Bed Sheet: 90 x 96 inches (fits 66 x 78 inch mattress).
• Single Bed Sheet: 60 x 96 inches (fits 42 x 78 inch single mattress).
• Fitted Sheets: Built with 14-inch deep pockets to easily accommodate high pillowtop and memory foam mattresses without slipping off.
• Custom Sizing: Need non-standard dimensions or extra-deep mattress drops? We craft bespoke custom bedding tailored to your exact mattress size through our WhatsApp concierge.

Our standard King and Queen bed sets include: 1 Flat Bed Sheet, 2 Flanged Pillowcases, and 2 Decorative Cushion Covers (unless specified otherwise as a fitted sheet set or bridal velvet razai collection on the specific product page).

Measure the width of your mattress. If your mattress is 6 feet wide (72 inches), choose King Size. If your mattress is 5.5 feet wide (66 inches), choose Queen Size. If you are uncertain, King size is recommended as the extra length allows a deeper tuck-in beneath the mattress.

Combed Cotton & Sateen: Machine wash cold or 30°C on gentle cycle. Use mild liquid detergent. Avoid harsh chlorine bleach or optical brighteners. Tumble dry on low or line dry in the shade.

Velvet & Bridal Razai: We recommend dry cleaning or delicate hand steaming for velvet quilts and embroidered bridal shams to maintain the plush pile and luster.

All our photography is shot in real studio conditions to capture textures authentically. However, slight variations in color tonality may appear due to your phone or monitor screen calibration. Because we weave natural combed cotton, subtle artisanal dye lot differences between production rolls are normal.

Yes. If a product shows an active "Add to Cart" button on our website, it is in stock at our Islamabad facility ready for quality inspection and dispatch. Items that are sold out will be clearly marked as "Out of Stock" or "Archive".

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across all cities, tehsils, and districts in Pakistan for orders up to Rs 50,000. You pay the exact invoice amount directly in cash to the courier rider upon parcel handover.

As soon as your parcel is scanned by our courier, you will receive an automated SMS with your Consignment Tracking Number and direct portal link. You can also message our WhatsApp team at any time with your Order ID for a live courier status update.

Courier riders typically call prior to arrival. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member or reception to collect the parcel. If unreachable, the courier will re-attempt delivery the following business day (up to two total attempts).

Under standard courier policies across Pakistan, courier riders are not authorized to allow opening sealed flyers prior to collecting the Cash on Delivery amount. However, your purchase is 100% protected: once accepted, you have a 7-day exchange guarantee with our team if anything is not as expected.

Yes. If you ordered a King size and realize you need Queen, or want to swap an unwashed colorway, you can submit an exchange request within 7 days of delivery through our Request Exchange page. Once submitted, our team will contact you shortly to coordinate the swap. Items must be completely unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

You have seven (7) calendar days from the official delivery date recorded by the courier to submit an exchange request through our Request Exchange form.

Please submit an exchange request through our online Request Exchange form with your Order ID and clear photos of the flaw. Our client care team will review your submission and contact you shortly via WhatsApp or phone to coordinate an immediate doorstep reverse pickup and courier a flawless replacement set with 100% of shipping fees covered by Majida Ameer Textiles.

If Majida made an error (wrong item or verified defect): Majida covers 100% of courier costs.

If customer requests a voluntary swap (size adjustment or color change): A flat reverse pickup charge of Rs 300 applies. The new replacement parcel is dispatched to you free of charge.

Items marked specifically as "Archive Final Sale" are non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Standard sale items from seasonal promotions remain fully eligible for size exchanges.

If your identical design is out of stock, you may choose any alternative bed set of equal value from our catalog, or receive a Majida Store Credit Voucher with no expiry date to use whenever you wish.

Yes, orders can be cancelled free of charge before they enter packaging and courier dispatch.

Cancellation is guaranteed within 2 to 4 hours of submitting your order online. Once your parcel has been packed and handed to the courier with an active tracking airway bill, cancellation is no longer possible.

Once in courier transit, parcels cannot be intercepted. You must receive the parcel upon arrival and, if desired, initiate an exchange under our 7-day Exchange Policy.

Yes, provided you contact our WhatsApp team before dispatch. Please do not wait for the rider to arrive at your door to refuse the parcel, as this incurs double freight charges for our workshop.

Doorstep refusal without prior cancellation communication causes significant financial losses in two-way courier fees. Customers who repeatedly refuse COD consignments without legitimate cause will have their phone numbers and addresses blacklisted from future COD privileges.
